Desert biomes would be similar to the tundra… The desert has minimal vegitation. The grassland supports tall grasses and short grasses. The chaparral is the inbetween biome. All three biomes are determined on the amount of precipitation they get. Grasslands gets more than chaparral and chaparral gets more than desert.
I hope this helps

you should always be watching instead of whatever other junk is on
Visual Search Suggestions are suggestions which include an image and additional text. These can help you visualize what you are searching for and sometimes even get you the information you need without even leaving the search box. Search Suggestions allow your installed search providers to suggest different queries to you while you are typing. This is great when you aren’t sure of how to spell someone’s name or you can’t quite remember if the movie was called “The Birdcage” or “The Bird’s Nest”….(read more)
love the song. video reminds me of the bees’ video (chicken payback).
Well you must be a not so far away neighbor. I live in the high desert of Nevada. Like you, I fight the bunnies and the hot sun. I have grown veggies in containers for almost 8 years now. I love it. It is so much easier than digging up the ground. I keep my lettuce. (romaine and other leaf lettuce) in a half wine barrel on my patio. I use these varieties because all you do is pick the outside leaves and leave the center to continue growing. I have my cherry tomato's in a hanging basket called a topsy turvey Wonderful little invention. I like the sweet 100 variety because of their flavor and high yield for such a small plant. My peas are trellis trained as are my pole beans. My pepper plants seam to love the half barrels also as do the strawberries. To keep the hot sun off of my tender plants in the summer, I use a lattice to shade them. I wrap a 2 ft piece that is cut to fit the circumference of the barrel and wrap it around the top. this lets light in but keeps a little shade in the heat of the day. You also have to keep the pots watered more because they seem to dry out faster. Just make sure you have good drainage. That's why I like the wine barrels. They drain very well. If you have a patio with a railing they make some very nice railing platers now that you can grow herbs in. I'm trying that this year.
Good luck to you
